Because seeing the finished thing beats being promised one. When I have room in my schedule and a business catches my eye, I sometimes build before the business has committed to anything — the site itself is the sales pitch. If the business doesn't want it, it comes down, and that's that.

What's different about done-for-you?

I take responsibility for everything between preview and a dependable live site: the changes you want, facts verified with you, forms connected, Cloudflare hosting and domain setup, old addresses redirected, and every page checked on a phone, a tablet and a desktop. Then it goes live on your domain through Cloudflare within 7 days after you accept the proposal and choose done-for-you, with the permanent, site-specific editing and build tools your staff use, and written guides for running everything without me.

Do I have to keep paying you?

No. Both options are one-time purchases and the site is 100% yours. The care plan is optional and month to month. If you ever leave, your site-specific editing and build tools and guides stay with you. You simply take over the Cloudflare hosting and any AI usage costs; my ongoing site check-ins and the monthly new feature are part of the care plan.

Who owns the website?

You do. Completely, in both options — the files, design and content. With done-for-you, the site-specific editing and build tools are also yours to keep and use with this website. Your domain stays registered to you and renews in your name.

Do you do social media, ads, manage business email, or setup email marketing?

No. I build websites and care for websites. That's the whole shop.

There are two ways into the same process.

If I contacted you: I chose the business and started on my own. The homework and full build are already done; your private preview is waiting.

If you found me — or someone referred you: Start with the contact form. If I have room and the project is a fit, a CA$500 deposit starts the work below. Your finished preview and proposal are ready within 14 days, and the deposit counts toward the site if you choose it.

I do the homework. I research your business properly — its current website, its market, what customers actually see.
I build the whole thing. The complete new site — every page, phone-ready — goes up at a private preview address. Not a mockup. Not a pitch deck. The real site, working.
You get the link. Along with an honest, written review of your current site. No meeting required, no pressure — the work speaks first.
You decide. Buy it as a finished piece, have me launch and care for it, or say no thanks — and the preview quietly goes away.

The finished site exactly as you saw it in preview: every page and asset, built and ready to put on your own domain. You also get the research behind it, the customized growth feature I created for you, and practical recommendations that came out of the work. Host it anywhere, hand it to any developer, change anything. It's entirely yours; you never need me again.

I launch the site on Cloudflare and connect your domain — live within 7 days after you accept the proposal and choose done-for-you. This is not a more expensive zip: I take responsibility for the work between a preview and a dependable live site. You can ask for changes before launch; I verify the facts with you, connect the forms, set up the Cloudflare hosting and domain, and redirect the old page addresses. Then every page gets checked on a phone, a tablet and a desktop for performance and accessibility. It also includes the plain-English editing tool your own staff uses to "ask" for changes that happen in front of your eyes by AI. Those tools stay with this website, along with written guides for running everything yourself. Your domain, your site, 100% ownership.

What the extra CA$2,500 handles

The as-is option gives you a complete, useful handover. Done-for-you removes the launch project that begins after that handover.

If you already have a developer you trust, as-is may be exactly right. If you do not, done-for-you avoids paying someone else to learn the project from scratch and leaves me accountable for the result. Done-for-you launches on Cloudflare, the platform I build for and support; if you need another host, choose as-is and hand the files to your developer.

Only for sites I built. I handle the hosting, monitor your site and keep it running smoothly. Your private hub is where your team can ask the AI for website changes and ask me for new features; AI use is covered, and one new feature is included every month. Leave whenever you like — the site-specific tools and documentation stay with you. You simply take over the Cloudflare hosting and any AI usage costs; my ongoing site check-ins and the monthly new feature are part of the care plan.

CA$1,200 per language

I'll be honest about how it's done: one professional-grade AI translation model produces the translation, then a second professional-grade model independently checks the result. That independent second pass is included in the CA$1,200-per-language price.

Every payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout pages — under my own name, Keith Lock. Card details never touch my hands, and there's no mystery company on your statement.

No hourly rates. No ad-hoc billing. If a price isn't on this page, I don't charge it.

Your receptionist can edit the site

Every done-for-you site includes an editing tool that works in plain English. Someone at the front desk types "we're closed Friday for the long weekend" — and the site updates. No developer, no waiting, no bill for twenty minutes of someone's time. It comes with the site and stays available for that website even if we part ways.

There may be a small AI cost per change request — covered in full if you're on the care plan.

Your hub at hub.yourdomain.com is where your team starts. Behind a private sign-in, it holds guides written for your team, a place to ask the AI for website changes, a place to ask me for new features, and the complete handoff information someone new would need to take over the site.
Your testing site lives at testing.yourdomain.com. Website changes your team asks the AI to make appear there first, so everyone can review and approve them before the real site changes. (Some developers call this a "staging site" — same thing.)
